  • 1 lb (450 g) steak

  • 2 cups cooked rice (prepared according to package instructions)

  • 1 cup edamame beans, shelled

  • 2 heads of bok choy, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil (or any other cooking oil)

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • Baked onion

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Cook the steak according to your preferred method (grilling, pan-searing, etc.) until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
