1 lb (450 g) steak
2 cups cooked rice (prepared according to package instructions)
1 cup edamame beans, shelled
2 heads of bok choy, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sunflower oil (or any other cooking oil)
3 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
