This Fig Banana Smoothie combines the sweetness of ripe bananas with the natural stickiness and flavor of resh figs. Blended with milk, chia seeds, and flax seeds, it creates a creamy and nutritious beverage. Topped with sliced figs, a banana slice, and chopped walnuts, it provides a delightful combination of textures and flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 3 fresh figs

  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk, soy milk or oat milk)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

Directions

  • Take a glass and gently press a few slices of figs onto the inside of the glass, creating a decorative pattern. The figs will stick to the glass due to their natural stickiness.
