Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Galia melon

  • Garnish with additional torn basil leaves

Tips

  • When scooping the melon balls, I prefer to use a melon baller with a sharp edge. I find it helps create clean, uniform shapes effortlessly. Plus, chilling the melon in the fridge for about 30 minutes beforehand makes the flesh firmer and easier to work with.
