  • 1 cucumber

  • 200g smoked salmon

  • 100g lamb lettuce

  • 1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons capers

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 100g salmon eggs

  • 200g crème fraîche

  • 1 small avocado

  • Salt and pepper to taste
